We handle pre-issue management, such as the issuance of shares, marketing, coordination and underwriting of the issue, and pricing of issues, as well as post-issue management, such as the collection of application forms and amounts received, scrutiny of applications, decision on allotment procedure, refund or allotment orders, and so on.
