He has more than 15 years of experience of both Life Insurance and Non-Life Insurance Company and has undergone various trainings related to insurance, taxation, Information Management system, business management, AML, IFRS and NFRS etc.
Rajan Prasad Adhikari
DirectorMr. Adhikari is in the role of ACEO of Himalayan Life Insurance. He is handling the roles & responsibility of overall operations of Renewal business, Policy Service & Claim Department. Mr. Adhikari has work experience relates to Life Insurance Industry around 13 years in different operations/marketing roles. Mr. Adhikari has degree of Master in Business Administration from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Besides he has working knowledge/experience on Legal, Administration, Human Resource, Marketing, Accounting / Auditing areas including Banking for more than 15 years. He has participated in many national/international trainings held at Nepal and abroad.
Narayan Kumar Adhikary

He is handling the roles & responsibilities of overall operations of the Hydropower Project. Mr. Adhikary has work experience relating to the Hydro Industry of around 16 years in different managerial roles. Mr. Adhikary has a degree of Master in Business Administration from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Besides, he has knowledge/experience in the Legal, Admin, HR, financial analysis, and Accounting / Auditing areas for more than a decade.
Binu Ghimire Bhandary
DirectorMrs. Binu Ghimire Bhandary, MBA graduate from Kathmandu University with strong foundation in Business and Finance, began her banking career immediately after graduation by joining Laxmi Bank as Management Trainee then after she transitioned to Siddhartha Bank making total 17 years of progressive experience in the Banking sector. During these 17 Years she served various key roles including Relationship Manager, Credit Support Unit Officer and Branch Manager. Her career has been marked by strong client relationship management, credit analysis expertise, and leadership in branch operations. After a successful career in banking, she transitioned into entrepreneurship and Founded Fitwit Hospitality, a venture specializing in event management.
