Mr. Rana is the CEO of Himalayan Investment Banker Limited, he has completed MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, India. He has 16 years of professional Banking experience in the corporate loan sector with knowledge of managing client and private companies. He has the knowledge of technical expertise in credit and financial analysis and advanced skills in research and proposal writing.

Investment professional with over 12 years of experience in investment banking. A seasoned expert in the field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for clients. With a deep understanding of financial markets and a keen eye for opportunities, Mr. Poudel has successfully navigated complex investment landscapes and consistently outperformed benchmarks. Throughout his career, has built strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners, earning a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and excellence. His expertise spans a wide range of investment strategies, from traditional asset management to alternative investments, and he has a proven ability to identify and capitalize on market trends. Prior to joining Himalayan Investment, he was associated with Nimb Ace Capital as the Head of Investment Banking. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the company's investment banking division especially Mutual Fund and Portfolio Management Service (PMS). In addition to his investment banking responsibilities, he also served as the Compliance Officer of Nimb Ace Capital. In this capacity, he was tasked with ensuring the firm's adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining a robust compliance framework. He has extensive experience in various functional departments, including Depository Participant (DP) operations, merchant banking, and other strategic and policy-related roles. This breadth of experience has allowed him to develop a well-rounded understanding of the merchant Banking industry. He began his merchant banking career at Siddhartha Capital, where he gained valuable experience and expertise in this domain. This early exposure laid the foundation for his subsequent career progression and the leadership roles he has held. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to compliance, regulatory oversight, and strategic decision-making, which have been instrumental in his professional development and the positions of trust he has held. Ms. Shalini Sanghai is a Commerce Graduate and Chartered Accountant. Ms. Sanghai has completed her Chartered Accountancy in the year 2011 from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She has more than 12 years working experience in various organizations including SBI Capital Markets Limited, India and CARE Ratings Nepal Limited. Ms. Sanghai is a self-starter, dedicated and result oriented person with broad experience in financial market including project finance, structured finance, accounting and rating industry.
